Policies
Shipping
RQ Communications will ship your order via UPS in most cases and pass
our volume discounts through to you. If you require another carrier,
please let us know. Most orders will ship within 24 hours by overnight,
2-day, 3-day or ground service, whichever you specify.
Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for any
item returned to us. Contact your sales representative for an RMA number
prior to returning any item for any reason. RMA numbers must be clearly
marked on the return label of the shipment being returned or the shipment
will be refused. Out-of-box-defectives must be returned in original
packaging, unmarked, with all cords, user guides etc. included.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fee will be charged for defective merchandise still covered
under warranty. All other returns, refusals or cancellations are subject
to a 30% restocking fee, plus any shipping charges incurred by RQ Communications.
The restocking fee charged is based on the item; more common items will
be charged as little as 10%; less common items/special order items will
be charged the full 30% fee.
Payment Terms
We will extend terms up to Net 30 to our customers based upon prior
credit approval. For convenience to our new customers, we also accept
Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Warranty
The warranty varies based on the item and the condition (new, refurbished,
out-of-service); please ask your representative about the warranty on
your purchase.
