The Nortel CallPilot 1005r Server (NTUB28DAE5) is a long life industrial server in a standard rack-mount 2U form factor. It utilizes dual Xeon technology and proven, reliable SCSI hard-drive technology.
The 1005r was introduced back in 2006 and was designed to replace the Callpilot 1002rp rackmount platform used with the Meridian 1 and Communication Server 1000 (CS1000)
The key Callpilot 1005r server enhancements are based upon practical field experience gained with the 1002rp; including a significantly reduced footprint, increased real-time capacity, simplified maintenance, and hardware quality improvements.
The 1005r addresses the European Union Environmental Directive (EUED) which implements controlling guidelines for the use of hazardous substances in manufacturing also known as Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
The Callpilot Voicemail Servers are an advanced business communications system that offers exceptional flexibility for managing your messaging needs whether it’s from your computer or phone.
